People in small towns are often perceived as friendlier because of the close-knit community and the slower pace of life. In small towns, people tend to be more familiar with their neighbors and are more likely to engage in casual conversations and acts of kindness. Additionally, operating in small towns allows Action to keep their costs low and offer competitive prices to their customers.
